Research
The project began with a deep dive into existing workflows, uncovering inefficiencies in recordkeeping, billing, and inventory control. By analyzing operational data and conducting user interviews with staff, we identified bottlenecks and pilferage risks, laying the groundwork for a system that addressed both human and process-level challenges.
Design
The design philosophy emphasized clarity, usability, and operational control. Each module was crafted to minimize human error while simplifying decision-making for administrators. The interface combined function-first layouts with intuitive navigation, enabling quick access to key metrics and transaction histories across departments.

Development
Built with a modular architecture, the ERP integrated four key systems: Hotel, Restaurant, Event Management, and Inventory, into a single seamless platform. Automation replaced repetitive manual tasks, saving over 230 hours monthly, while intelligent tracking and reporting reduced pilferage losses by five figures (USD). Scalability and data integrity were prioritized to support long-term operational growth.

Concept
The system redefined how the Pakistan Navy’s hospitality and logistics arms operate, transforming a paper-based structure into a data-driven enterprise. The concept centers on accountability through automation, ensuring every process, from room booking to inventory audit, is traceable and efficient. This ERP stands as a model of modernization in institutional management systems.
